MISSION

The mission of Johnny Green Mart is to create a nationwide chain of 56 green department stores, 100% employee owned. Our number one goal is to support local green entrepreneurs in the community each store is located.

We will begin to list our planned locations in September of 2008. Our locations will be all rail connected due to that being the most green transportation that currently exist. We strongly support the development of an alternative energy powered North America rail system as part of America’s solution for energy independence.

Our goal is to be located in the most convenient city in each state to serve the greatest amount of people. We are seeking sites in area’s with the greatest need for revitalization and the potential for strong economic revival. These area’s are generally in the older parts of a city that has long since seen it’s heyday yet have easy freeway access. The stores will be built using 100% green building materials and zero energy solutions.

We are open to suggestion for your state’s store and will begin creating blogs, forums and a social network on Johnnygreenseed.com to include the publics participation in the entire creation of these stores. Please contact us to be included in updates as we move forward.

All profits from the sale of our products and our eco-fundraising efforts will be used in the state in which the order was generated.

All properties will be purchased and under the management of Nomad realty with 100% of their profits designated to support housing for the working poor and homeless.
